Pittsburgh Logistics Systems v. Glen Rose Transportation Management — 5th Cir. (argued August 31, 2026)

The Fifth Circuit hears cross-appeals from a trade-secret trial between competing freight brokers. Pittsburgh Logistics Systems will argue that the trial improperly reopened whether its customer list was a trade secret and that it is entitled to a new trial. Glen Rose Transportation Management will defend the jury's verdict and pursue litigation costs that the district court has not yet ruled on.
