The Second Circuit hears Marc L. Leonardis's challenge to his federal sentence for receiving child pornography. Sentencing Guideline 2G2.2(b)(1) provides a two-level reduction when conduct is limited to receipt or solicitation and the defendant did not intend to traffic in or distribute the material.
