The Second Circuit hears Nicole Smith's appeal from the dismissal of her disability-accommodation case against Roswell Park. Her doctor signed a request for a medical exemption from a COVID-19 vaccination requirement but did not explain why vaccination would harm her. The issue is whether Smith alleged enough for her claim to proceed. Two days later, the court affirmed the dismissal.
