United States v. Findley — 10th Cir. (Sep 17, 2026)

The Tenth Circuit hears Oneil Findley's appeal from federal drug convictions. Postal inspectors seized a parcel addressed under a fictitious name to Findley's post-office box in Jackson, Wyoming, and found cocaine inside. After the trial judge declined to suppress the parcel evidence, a jury convicted Findley, and the judge later counted older drug activity in setting his sentence. Findley says the warrant affidavit lacked probable cause and was too bare-bones for good-faith reliance. He also says the older quantities rested on unreliable statements and were too remote and unrelated.
